At Apna Tex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.
